• Purchase details, such as your order details, and reconfirming your bank account.
• Phone records, we may record any phone conversations for quality control (making sure our staff are giving the right advice) or dispute resolution (having a record of who said what).

Access to personal information is only granted to an employee or contractor of Raise Investments Limited to carry out duties required to support our customers.
