About the Bitcoin ETF PIE Fund
The Bitcoin ETF PIE Fund (the “Fund”) is a PIE-compliant New Zealand-domiciled fund, the first fund established under the Raise Investment Funds (the “scheme”), which is a registered investment scheme. FundRock NZ Limited (FundRock NZ) is the issuer and manager of the Fund. FundRock NZ is licenced as a manager of registered investment schemes under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, and currently manages over NZ$14 billion on behalf of clients. Raise Investments Limited (“Raise”) is the appointed investment manager and lead distributor of the Bitcoin ETF PIE Fund. The Fund is registered as an offer within a Managed Investment Scheme under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and is regulated by the FMA.
